We started this business because we felt the Killeen area was underserved with professional, quality property management services. Hi, my name is Monica Graves, and I am a retired Army Veteran. I served 12 great years in the Army and during that time I obtained numerous awards for my outstanding leadership while also graduating from University of Arkansas Grantham with an associate degree. Once I retired, I decided to make Killeen my home and have been a resident for 5 plus years. I’m glad I made that decision because Killeen is a great city. I am ready to work with the community, veterans, and brave soldiers stationed here.
